CIC has conducted thirty-fifth draw on 1st June 2016 to issue ITA to the candidates in the express entry pool, who have applied for Permanent Residence Visa following (FSTP) Federal Skilled Trades Program, Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Canadian Experience Class, and Provincial Nominee Program.
This time, as well 762 candidates were picked from the Canada Express Entry Pool. The benchmark of selection, however, was 483 points compared to 886 in the first express entry draw and reduced by one point when compared to the thirty-fourth draw.
The minimum of 483 points is obtained by the applicants who have received the invitation to apply for Canada permanent residency (PR) under the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS).
Till now, in the Thirty four separate draws, a total of 42,229 candidates were selected and invited to apply for Canada (PR) Permanent Residency. Candidates are given two months to submit a full application after receiving the invitation a letter.
The new Express Entry system which commenced from January 1st, 2015, gives skilled expert an easy way to job openings in Canada, and Canadian employers easy access to candidates profiles through Job-Bank.
It is also guessed, that future draws occur more repeatedly, and the Canadian government is likely to grant the highest number of invitations to a wider array of applicants in Canada’s Express Entry pool.
